Help with the voice-to-action app for your appointments, tasks, ideas and reflections.
Getting started
- Tap Speak to capture on the home screen. Recording starts straight away.
- Say a sentence, for example: Dentist appointment next Tuesday at 3pm.
- Tap the red button when you have finished.
- Check the category, priority, title and date that MioMio suggests, change anything you like, then tap Save.
Common questions
My voice is not being picked up. Check that MioMio is allowed to use the microphone and speech recognition in your phone settings. Voice recognition is provided by your phone, and on some phones it needs an internet connection.
Where are my items stored? On your phone. If you sign in (optional), a copy is also kept in our cloud database so it is backed up and can sync between your devices. If you do not sign in, deleting the app deletes your items.
How do I change an item? Open the item and tap Edit Item. You can also mark it complete, cancel it or archive it, and restore it later from History.
Add to Calendar does not work. MioMio needs your permission to add events to your calendar. You can allow this in your phone settings.

Which phones are supported? Android phones running Android 7.0 or later. The iPhone version, when Apple approves it, will need iOS 15.1 or later.
